Ho Hum Records, in conjunction with The Electroacoustic Club, invite you to the folkiest of Christmas parties on the 16th December at The Slaughtered Lamb in London's Clerkenwell. Opening the night are not to be missed Plaster Of Paris who have been creating waves in the acoustic scene for quite some time now with their amazing live show. Not to be missed. Hot on their heels comes Ho Hum's very own Blue Rose Code, and a welcome return for our favourite soulful folk outfit, led as always by the startling Ross Wilson. Following this will be Jess Morgan, who totally blew us away with her performance at the Ritzy in Brixton recently, beautiful female singer/songwriting at it's best, her album has hardly left the Ho Hum stereo. Headlining the night is the magnificent Lucky Jim.... Playing with or without his band, Gordon Grahame's Lucky Jim monicker will delight with folk songs, stories and a few hits of his you will know. The night will be complemented with the turntable skills of My Mate Dave, compared by the wonderful Lou and all in all should be a wonderful affair. This will be busy and The Slaughtered Lamb only holds 100, so please be quick to buy your tickets from We Got Tickets.
